Deja Vu: Sensation or Fact

Ever went through the word ‘deja vu’???

It’s a widely used word in different songs and shows. May be you have already known the context of this word…..  If you haven’t than let’s see what this word exactly refers to!

Sometimes while experiencing something, it feels like we have already gone through the same feelings beforehand although we know we haven’t ….these feelings of reoccurrence   can be named as Deja Vu.

It’s just a sensation… a dream or an illusion….

These days in songs, shows this term is being used while expressing deep feelings   that remind people of their past while going through their affecting present.

In the song “Deja Vu” by Olivia Rodrigo, she sings towards his ex whether while dating with another girl he feels like ‘Deja Vu’ that means… in case those couple things remind him of her. Deja vu is being used this way nowadays though it’s actually not that simple when you think scientifically.

Scientists are being busy for defining this term thoroughly.

Deja Vu is a French phrase means “already dreamed” thus a view that arises a feeling of I’ve already seen. Though it hasn’t actually seen or experienced just like a dream in a dream….  Isn’t this term interesting but weird!!!

When I first came to know this word I took it as a paranormal event.  But science logics are unwilling to consider the term this way rather explain it as a fantasy or a dysfunction of our messed brain.

Why we have to feel about something that we haven’t actually seen like we have already observed???

It’s indeed amusing! It’s not surprising that scientists have taken it as an experimental thing.

But I can advice you not to take ‘Deja Vu’ seriously as it’s not unusual or something like ‘prophecy’. You don’t need to take it as a bad or a good sign. It happens with almost everyone. It is found that teenagers feel deja vu more often as they like to live in fantasy more than the aged ones. This feeling is said to be decreased with age.

But you cannot confuse deja vu with hallucination caused by drugs or illness.

Some researchers narrated relaxed and open minded ones experience deja vu more often than the stressed ones.

You may believe completely something   just happened has already taken place before or sometimes just some feelings that stir up inside you but passes by after a few seconds.

Second type is mostly sensed by people but first sample is rarely realized.
